When I make my flags this is the file that I made to do it. I carve out the stripes and stain/paint before finishing with the stars. This is not a physical product.
Includes :
3 svg files: one of the union and stripes, one with just the stars, and one complete flag

and some instructions
The files being an svg will work with most softwares and machines.
